Legal Requirements
Agencies provide programs and services within parameters. Often these requirements or parameters vary based upon several factors. If an agency is a private program, they may have agency requirements approved through a Board and include state licensing requirements, etc. If a program is a state or federal program, they will have both federal and state mandates for compliance.
